Importance of Water Intake
A famous medical practitioner and researcher Dr Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, performed a lot of research which revealed the true importance of water to our bodies. Dr Batmanghelidj’s research “revealed that unintentional dehydration produces stress, chronic pains and many degenerative diseases”.1
Drinking water is important when taking supplements. Health care professionals recommend that we drink a minimum of 8 glasses, 2 quarts or 1 and a half litres of pure water daily.
