<p>Drinking water is  important when taking supplements.  Health care professionals recommend that we drink a minimum of 8 glasses, 2 quarts or 1 and a half litres of pure water daily. This amount of water is in  <em>addition</em> to coffee, tea, and other beverages. Caffeinated beverages are dehydrators and increase your water needs.  </p>
